Cinci Makeup is a team of on-location Ohio makeup artists led by Kelly Ledford Neaves. With a boutique in Camp Washington, Kelly and her team easily service Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and are available for travel throughout all of Kentucky and Southern Ohio.

Kelly Neaves, owner of Cinci Makeup, is a Cincinnati makeup artist providing experienced beauty services to all of Kentucky and Ohio.

Kelly grew up in the Cincinnati area, but moved west to attended the prestigious Los Angeles School of Make-up Art. By working closely with masters in the make-up industry, she eventually earned a Journeyman's Certification of the highest honors in the beauty industry. This not only singles Kelly out as a top Ohio makeup artist, but it also qualifies her to work in Make-up Design Artistry, Hollywood make-up, beauty, runway, fantasy, bridal make-up, special effects with high definition for films, and commercial photo shoots. In addition to her work as a local Cincinnati wedding makeup artist, Kelly has worked on projects for P&G, Kroger, and Fifth Third Bank, and Venue Magazine.

Having worked for some of the foremost lines available in the World: Trish McEvoy, Estee Lauder, Lancome, NARS, Bobbi Brown, Aveda, Christian Dior and Laura Mercier, Kellys skills and natural talent have flourished under their direction. Her artful techniques have also been on display in high-fashion shows such as Oscar De La Renta, Badgley Mischka and Carolina Herrera. Incredible opportunities like these have enabled her make-up design techniques to flourish into a true art form.
